You will be someone who cares deeply about eradicating educational disadvantage and sees the value in qualifications like BTEC Level 3 Applied Science as a vehicle to enable a wide range of students to pursue careers in STEM and Allied Healthcare. Applicants with previous experience of Level 3 BTEC Applied Science will have an advantage but our experienced team will be able to meet the training needs of colleagues who want to transition from other qualifications as long as they come equipped with suitable leadership skills and pedagogical knowledge.
